AB Cardiac pacing is beneficial in patients with neurally mediated syncope that have a negative tilt test, but not in those patients with a positive tilt test. This article presents data from the International Study on Syncope of Uncertain Etiology 3 registry [ISSUE-3; NCT00359203].
