Summary
Acute coronary syndrome (ACS), which encompasses ST elevation myocardial infarction, non-ST elevation myocardial infarction, and unstable angina, is a dynamic event whose pathophysiology should dictate therapy. This article discusses approaches to treatment of ACS.
