Despite the introduction of many new antiemetic therapies, the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) remains high, occurring in up to 30% of all surgical cases. This article presents results of a randomized blinded clinical trial on the use of sugammadex vs neostigmine for reducing PONV.
