AB  - Retroviral vectors are widely used in gene therapy for a variety of monogenic disorders, although several studies have noted an increase in adverse events. The ability to analyze vector integration sites is important for safety monitoring. This study provides information on molecular tracking of individual hematopoietic clones in humans.
