AB  - Patients with stage II or stage III breast cancer treatable by surgery received neoadjuvant therapy with paclitaxel and trastuzumab with or without lapatinib. A mutational analysis on pretreatment tumors showed frequent mutations in TP53; these were associated with a greater rate of pathologic complete remission.
