Bevacizumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets VEGF, has shown single-agent activity in Phase 2 epithelial ovarian cancer trials [Burger RA et al. N Engl J Med 2011]. This article provides an update on the data available from Phase 3 bevacizumab ovarian cancer trials.
