AB Thirty million people worldwide take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) for the treatment of chronic pain and inflammation. In light of the cardiovascular (and renal) risks associated with NSAIDS, this article discusses whether clinicians safely use these drugs in their practices.
