This article presents the 60-month follow-up results from the pivotal LDR Spine USA Mobi-C® Cervical Disc Prosthesis IDE clinical trial [NCT00389597] that compared patient outcomes between 1- and 2-level ACDF and between 1- and 2-level total disc replacement.
