AB  - This randomized trial was designed to compare outcomes in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty using either a customized cutting block or conventional instrumentation. There was no difference in hemodynamic parameters or knee stability using either approach, but surgical time was significantly reduced using a customized cutting block.
