AB  - Among people with an osteochondral lesion of the talus, concomitant chronic lateral ankle instability is associated with an increased proportion of larger lesions and additional chondral lesions at the tip of the medial malleolus; patients are more likely to experience clinical failure and do poorly in sport and recreational activities.
