AB  - The role of postoperative radiation therapy in stage III non–small cell lung cancer treatment remains undetermined. Multidisciplinary discussion with up-front stratification in potentially resectable or unresectable disease is of key importance. Factors such as surgery type and hospital volume are key to surgical outcomes.
