AB  - Human regular U-500 insulin (U-500R) is more concentrated and has a higher potency level than U-100 insulin. Dosing errors can occur in patients on concentrated insulin. This study investigates dosing and titration of U-500R insulin using a twice- or thrice-daily dosing schedule.
