AB  - A number of small studies have indicated that once-daily administration of an antibiotic is just as effective as multiple daily doses. In this meta-analysis using studies in adults and children, the relative risk for compliance with antibiotic treatment was higher with once-daily dosing compared with dosing two, three, or four times daily.
