AB  - In this short small pilot study, the nonabsorbable antibiotic rifaximin relieves global dyspepsia symptoms, belching, and bloating in individuals with functional dyspepsia. The durability of symptom relief is unknown, and these promising results should be confirmed in a larger multicenter trial.
