AB  - Osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) is a multifactorial and heterogeneous group of disorders that leads to death of the femoral head. This session was devoted to an overview of treatment options for this debilitating disease. This article discusses issues related to etiology, pharmacological management, epigenetics, and surgical approaches to the treatment of osteonecrosis.
