Shorter overall treatment time with radiotherapy (RT) appears to improve outcomes in patients with non—small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) compared with longer overall treatment time. This article outlines optimal RT dose and fractionation for concurrent and sequential schedules for stage III NSCLC.
