AB  - For patients with the conduction disturbance bifascicular block (BFB) and syncope of unexplained origin, an implanted pacemaker programmed at DDD60 pacing is superior to DDI30 pacing in reducing syncopal episodes and other symptomatic events regardless of their cause.
