This article discusses the clinical presentation of sarcoidosis, small fiber neuropathy and fatigue in patients with sarcoidosis, treatments for sarcoidosis when prednisone therapy fails, as well as the epidemiology of sarcoidosis, as well as the genetic and environmental factors that may be involved.
