AB  - Up to 5% of individuals in the United States will experience a nonfebrile seizure during their lifetime. Yet, the accurate diagnosis of seizure can be challenging for emergency department (ED) physicians. This article discusses the American College of Emergency Physicians' 2014 update regarding the evaluation and management of adult patients presenting to the ED with seizures.
