AB Good management of patients with T-lymphoblastic leukemia requires identifying those at higher risk of morbidity and mortality. End-induction minimal residual disease appears to be a useful tool for predicting outcome and managing treatment, while classifying patients according to the presence of early thymic precursor immunophenotype does not improve risk assessment.
