AB Endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) is a safe, accurate, and minimally invasive test for sarcoidosis. This article reviews the role of bronchoscopy, and in particular of EBUS-TBNA, for diagnosis of sarcoidosis.
