This article presents the 1-year results of the Abatacept Versus Adalimumab Comparison in Biologic-Naïve RA Subjects With Background Methotrexate study [AMPLE; NCT00929864], that compared the efficacy and safety of subcutaneous abatacept versus adalimumab, both with background methotrexate.
