AB This selected update in dyslipidemia discusses the ongoing controversy between fibrate and niacin treatments, as well as the best evidence for lipid-lowering therapy in regards to issues of cardiovascular risk with diabetes. Also discussed is the ongoing question of whether statins cause diabetes.
