AB Bleeding classification systems offer a common language that facilitates comparisons across data sets in multicenter/multinational clinical trials and registries. This article discusses bleeding definitions, the relationship between bleeding and long-term CV outcomes, and the CRUSADE bleeding risk score, among other things.
