AB  - The most common treatments for diabetes include lifestyle changes (diet and exercise); oral medications, such as the sulfonylureas, biguanides, thiazolidinediones, meglitinides, and alpha-glucosidase inhibitors; and parenteral insulin therapy. This article discusses a new line of therapy using incretins.
