Summary

Scintigraphy with radiolabeled TNF-a antibodies is a method to detect specific TNF-a expression in inflamed joints [Barrera P et al. Ann Rheum Dis 2003]. This article discusses results of a study that evaluated this method as a tool to assess disease activity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
