Summary

Graves disease is the leading cause of hyperthyroidism in the United States, and its diagnosis and management can be difficult. Treatment decision-making is especially challenging in two specific populations of individuals with Graves disease: individuals with Graves ophthalmopathy and children/adolescents with the disease.
