AB Daily aspirin was ineffective for primary prevention of stroke in Japanese patients aged > 60 years with vascular risk factors, consistent with earlier findings that aspirin had no significant effect on composite cardiovascular outcomes, according to findings from the Japanese Primary Prevention Project.
