AB  - Dalbavancin is a new antibiotic agent active against gram-positive pathogens that is effective for the treatment of acute bacterial skin and skin structure infection, according to results from the DISCOVER 1 and DISCOVER 2 trials. Results from a new subgroup analysis show that dalbavancin is effective for this type of infection regardless of weight category.
