Summary
Novel technologies for the percutaneous treatment of mitral regurgitation and stenosis are being developed and evaluated. Evidence with the Endovalve-Herrmann prosthesis for mitral valve replacement and the MitraClip System for leaflet repair were reviewed in this article.
