AB Cognitive function in the domains of processing speed, executive functioning, and attention was statistically superior for patients with major depressive disorder who received vortioxetine 10 or 20 mg/d vs placebo. Cognitive function was assessed with the Digit Symbol Substitution Test in this post-hoc analysis of the FOCUS trial.
