AB Cariprazine treatment results in clinically meaningful improvements across a broad spectrum of bipolar mania symptoms. Symptom severity shifted from moderate or worse to mild or no symptoms after 3 weeks of cariprazine treatment. Significantly more patients achieve remission with cariprazine vs placebo.
