Abstract

This study reported attitudes of Pennsylvania State College faculty members toward unionization, choice of bargaining agent, and unionmanagement relations. Also explored was job satisfaction, and a profile of faculty by age, rank discipline, experience and other factors was compared with faculty choice of bargaining agent.
